today announces that, as stated in its Admission to AIM announcement on 12 November 2004, it has issued a further
3,927,943 ordinary shares in connection with the acquisition of a preference share in a subsidiary of the Company.
These shares have today been admitted to AIM and the total number of shares now in issue is 49,987,173.
