BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - November 27, 2012) - Boston Semi Equipment, LLC announced the purchase of a complete 200mm CMOS process fab tool set. The fab tool package is comprised of over 500 tools that are currently running production in Japan. The equipment, which is running a .25 micron process, is capable of running at .18 microns. Equipment remarketing will begin immediately.

The set of tools contains Nikon steppers and scanners, TEL tracks, etch, diffusion and wets, Applied Materials PVD, CVD and etch, Varian and SEN implant, Novellus CVD, as well as tools from KLA, Hitachi and others.
