MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jeffrey Wortsman, President & Chief Executive Officer- Mr. Wortsman joined the Company in 1986 and was appointed President in 1994 and Chief Executive Officer in 1997. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wortsman was employed by a prominent Canadian investment firm. Mr. Wortsman received a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985. Mr. Wortsman’s tenure at Danier has been marked by significant growth in revenues and earnings and the implementation of sophisticated control and management information systems that have enabled Danier to quickly react to changing market and consumer demands. Mr. Wortsman has assembled a team of experienced design, production, retailing, marketing, management information systems and finance professionals who have been and will continue to be instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Bruce Aitken, Vice-President, Planning and Allocation - Mr. Aitken joined the Information Technology department of Danier in 1995 and became Vice-President, Planning and Allocation in 2003. His prior experience includes 17 years with the Fairweather division of Dylex. Mr. Aitken is an executive member of the Association of Merchandise Planners and Allocators. His current responsibilities include managing the Company’s inventory investment at a chain and store level.

Phil Cutter, Vice-President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer - Mr. Cutter joined Danier in 1992 as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Cutter holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He worked in the areas of store and systems operations with Marks and Spencer until 1985 and subsequently spent six years with Shoppers Drug Mart from 1985 to 1992 as Director of Systems Development and Support.

Olga Koel, Executive Vice-President & Chief Merchandise Officer - Ms. Koel joined Danier in 1982 and has overseen design, merchandising, purchasing and production since 1985. Ms. Koel originated the Danier product line and has extensive experience in the purchase of raw materials and has developed expertise in the unique demands of designing garments in leather and suede.

Guia Lopez, Vice-President & Chief Sourcing Officer - Ms. Lopez joined Danier in 2007. Prior to joining Danier, Ms. Lopez was Director of Sourcing and Technical Services at Incredible Clothing Company and prior to that was Director of Global Sourcing, Ladieswear and Accessories at The Hudson’s Bay Company. Ms. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

Karen Marshall, Vice-President, Logistics and Distribution - Ms. Marshall joined Danier in Store Operations in 1977, entered Logistics and Distribution in 1985 and has held various positions within the company. Ms. Marshall is responsible for logistics, distribution and stock balancing, including immediate and daily sales analysis for input to production.

Chris Ruivo, Vice-President, Store Operations - Ms. Ruivo joined Danier in 1983 and has held various positions within the company, becoming Vice-President, Store Operations in 2000.

Cheryl Sproul, Vice-President, Human Resources - Ms. Sproul joined Danier in March 2001 and has been instrumental in establishing recruitment, training, objective setting and performance monitoring programs. Prior to joining Danier, Ms. Sproul was Director of Human Resources at White Rose Nursery & Crafts from 1997 to 2001 and held human resources positions with LOEB from 1993 to 1997 and Amway of Canada from 1980 to 1993. Ms. Sproul holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario and the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.

Bryan Tatoff, Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary - Mr. Tatoff joined Danier in 1996 as Manager, Finance and Operations Audit becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1997. Mr. Tatoff is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining Danier, Mr. Tatoff held a financial management position with Imperial Oil Limited and obtained practical accounting, auditing, insolvency and forensic accounting experience while with KPMG from 1989 to 1993.
