CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 22, 2009) - Eaglewood Energy Inc. ("Eaglewood") (TSX VENTURE:EWD) is pleased to announce the filing of its annual information form for the financial year ended December 31, 2008. This annual information form includes Eaglewood's oil and gas information for the financial year ended December 31, 2008 together with the report of management and directors on oil and gas disclosure on Form 51-101F3, as required under National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. Additionally, Eaglewood has filed its audited annual financial statements and MD&A for the financial year ended December 31, 2008.
On October 27, 2008, Eaglewood filed on SEDAR the required notice under National Instrument 51-102 of the change of its financial year end from June 30 to December 31.
