MENOMONEE FALLS, WI--(Marketwire - May 3, 2012) - Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. (NYSE: ALC) On May 3, 2012, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 21, 2012 and will be paid on June 15, 2012.
