Following Recent Nominations

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Mr. Andre Bineau as member of its Board of 
Directors.  Mr. Bineau is and has been for the last sixteen years 
vice-president and director of the Montreal Urban Community Police
Development and Pension Association.  He holds a degree of 
Commerce and law from the University of Montreal.  Mr. Bineau has 
over 35 years of experience in the world of finance having been 
vice-president placements at the General Trust of Canada 
(1981-1985) and director in the division of stock placements at 
the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (1974-1981).  The 
arrival of Mr. Bineau on the board is most welcomed and will 
certainly give more credibility to the company. 

Mr. Claude Lemire, Pierre Meunier and Michel Tardif at the level 
of the executive committee.  These professionals are already 
members of the board of directors of Gold Hawk.  Mr. Lemire is a 
financial consultant, founder and president for 15 years of 
Canagex Placements Inc. (now Elantis) of Montreal.  He also sits, 
among others, on the board of Domco and Prometic.  Mr. Pierre 
Meunier is a lawyer and senior partner of the law firm of Fasken, 
Martineau and Dumoulin where he acts as the leader of the 
Environment and Natural Resources Practice Group.  Mr. Meunier has
held several important positions in the Quebec Government; he has 
been president of the Consumer Protection Office, Deputy Minister 
of the Ministry of Housing and Consumer Protection and Deputy 
Minister of the Ministry of the Environment.  Michel Tardif is a 
specialist in senior financial ventures and a former financial 
analyst for brokerage firms in Montreal.
