NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - April 1, 2012) - Today the company formerly known as Dreamstime unveiled its new corporate identity Dreamtime. According to ancient lore, dreaming represents the era of creation and the source of all knowledge. The Dreamtime community is made up of imaginative individuals that embark on their own era of creation through photography and imagery. Rebranding to Dreamtime further aligns it with the true origins of the word dream and reflects the company's community spirit. Dreamtime has also revitalized its logo to make it more whimsical and dreamlike.

Over the past few days, Dreamtime members have been on the hunt to find Dorian and he keeps popping up in the craziest places. One member even found him sitting comfortably in his management area while another spotted Dorian exploring the home page. Other members found Dorian rummaging through the advanced search filters or hiding in a secret castle. Dorian has even been spotted hanging around and partying with gorgeous models from Yuri Arcurs' and Andres Rodriguez' portfolios. Before contributors can start working with the new brand, they will need to find all of Dorian's secret hiding places and win the king crown. In addition, Dreamtime is taking its sense of community one step further and for each image members upload, they are required to download one file from fellow contributors. If an image is refused, the download is automatically refunded allowing the contributor to use those funds for another upload.
Since 2007, Dreamtime's customer base has grown from 350,000 to the more than 4.5 million customers it boasts today. This rebrand is an important milestone for Dreamtime and the company encourages users to check out its new look online.
