In conjunction with the appointment of the receiver the Company has cancelled its annual general and special meeting of shareholders that was scheduled to be held on Thursday June 28, 2012 and the Company's remaining officers, Kelly Ogle, President and CEO and Gary Taylor, VP Finance and CFO have resigned their respective positions effective immediately.
