AdsWizz and Liquid Compass Mark Partnership Anniversary With a Milestone of Gaining More Than 100 Joint Customers in Less Than a Year
DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - April 26, 2012) - AdsWizz and Liquid Compass today marked their first-year partnership anniversary by celebrating an important milestone, gaining more than 100 online audio customers since the inception of their relationship. Both traditional radio broadcasters and pure online players have implemented the Liquid Compass streaming network with AdsWizz's online digital advertising solutions, and as a result are seeing revenue increases of up to 60 percent.
At last week's National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show, Liquid Compass and AdsWizz showcased the "Pro 2.0 Streaming Audio Platform," a joint solution that enables customers to monetize their audio streaming. During the show, the two companies unveiled new revenue-generating features on the platform that are designed to provide the broadcaster with more online and mobile interactivity. Radio broadcasters can now implement a "now playing" widget on their website or Facebook page, deploy custom couponing or polling (a useful tool during an election year), and use customized player takeovers which can change the "skin" of the player at specified times of the day depending on the promotion.
Liquid Compass, a premier Streaming Delivery Network, currently serves more than 1,000 radio stations in the U.S. AdsWizz offers Ad Networks and Online Audio Publishing players an open platform to monetize their streams through its Digital Advertising Monetization Platform which includes the following combined technologies, services and solutions: Ad Serving, Ad Insertion, Real-Time Audience Measurement and Analytics as well as a Global Ad Exchange. Together, the two companies provide their shared customers with a one-stop-shop for all of their digital advertising needs.
Leighton Interactive streams several of its radio stations in central Minnesota through Liquid Compass's Streaming Delivery Network, and leverages the AdsWizz Digital Advertising Monetization Platform to deliver both combined and separate advertising formats -- including audio, video and display -- to listeners across all devices and to every geographical location. Broadcasters specifically take advantage of AdsWizz's ability to deliver combined audio, video and display advertising formats as the technology has been proven to significantly increase the CPMs advertisers will pay for ads on audio streams.
"The implementation of AdsWizz on the Liquid Compass network has allowed us to simplify internal processes, resulting in a better product for our listeners and more advanced reporting for advertisers," said Travis McGinnis, project manager and webmaster for Leighton Interactive. "The AdsWizz/Liquid Compass platform improved our efficiency in managing online inventory and their team has worked with us to tailor customized options to fit the needs of our company. Advertisers can see exactly what was delivered for them. In some cases, they've been able to draw a direct one-to-one correlation for return on investment. We've been able to create very custom packages for our advertisers, allowing us to increase monthly interactive billing in unique ways."
Rich Broadcasting is a newly established broadcast group that specializes in small‐market radio. Its vision is to become one of the most dynamic emerging small‐market radio operators in the Rocky Mountain region through the use of the latest digital streaming technology and, most importantly, measurement capabilities. Rich Broadcasting turned to Liquid Compass and AdsWizz's joint digital advertising monetization platform to make this vision become a reality.
"As a fast growing broadcaster, we understand there is more to simply streaming your radio station -- it's important to actually change the way people interface with their station. We highly value the ability to customize the listener experience through targeted ads from AdsWizz that will help monetize revenues for our advertisers," said Josh Tielor, operations manager at Rich Broadcasting.
