Royal Host Real Estate Investment Trust to Announce
Second Quarter Results

will release its second quarter results on Tuesday, August 12, 
2003 after the market closes, to be followed by a conference call 
Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at 11.30 am Eastern Standard Time.
