(TSX VENTURE:CWQ)(PINKSHEETS:CWLXF) announces that shareholder approval was received at the Annual General Meeting held June 22, 2012 for the proposed consolidation of the Company's share capital on a ten (10) old shares for one (1) new share basis. The TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed the Effective Date for the consolidation will be Monday, July 9, 2012. The Company's trading symbol will remain the same.

A Letter of Transmittal will be mailed to shareholders regarding this 10:1 consolidation.
