New Contracts Signed with General Motors of Canada
Signals Roll-out of New Integration Points Between
Quorum's XSELLERATOR(TM) Software and GM.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Quorum Information Technologies Inc. announced 
today that they have signed contracts with General Motors of 
Canada for the deployment of the new electronic Vehicle Invoicing 
and Vehicle Delivery Reporting integration points. The contracts 
are significant in that Quorum is the first company in Canada to 
have completed both of these integration projects with GM. The 
new links allow GM dealerships using the XSELLERATOR Dealership 
Management System (DMS) to interact electronically with GM Canada 
in two key areas that will afford unparalleled efficiency gains 
and access to information for Dealerships using XSELLERATOR. 
XSELLERATOR is the only completely integrated, Windows-based DMS 
software on the market. It automates and streamlines dealerships' 
sales, service, parts and accounting departments. 

Electronic Vehicle Invoicing is one of XSELLERATOR'S newest 
points of integration with GM; it effectively helps dealers keep 
track of every change to a Vehicle Invoice. Dealers no longer 
have to enter vehicle invoices manually - which is very time 
consuming. Instead, they receive all the data electronically from 
General Motors, review it, and then simply click a button to 
upload it to XSELLERATOR, which then creates an image of what the 
invoice would look like from the electronic information that was 
uploaded. This eliminates errors and the time it takes to enter 
all the information, plus it ensures more accurate vehicle 
information. It also provides an electronic working copy of the 
invoice so price increases, dealer options and any other changes 
can be added to the invoice, meaning a final electronic invoice 
that is current and accurate. XSELLERATOR will even complete the 
accounting for the vehicle purchase.  

The second integration point is Vehicle Delivery Reporting (VDR) 
with GM and this link enables critical vehicle sales data to be 
passed electronically from XSELLERATOR to the GM ACCESS system in 
Quorum's GM dealerships. The interface also improves the accuracy 
and timeliness of vehicle sales data reporting to General Motors, 
and delivers significant time savings to every dealership whose 
operations run on the XSELLERATOR system.  

"The interface to GM is fantastic," said Richard Hoy, Dealer 
Principal of Parkway Pontiac in St-Laurent, Quebec. "This means 
we don't have to re-key buyer information, which is a significant 
benefit in our business, because it's taken from XSELLERATOR'S 
centralized customer database."
