Quorum's XSELLERATOR(TM) Dealership Management Software
Draws Larger Metro Dealerships as Newest Customers

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Quorum Information Technologies Inc. announced 
today that they have signed contracts with two new General Motors 
dealerships in Canada, pushing the total number of XSELLERATOR 
dealerships to 93, and giving Quorum 11% of the GM dealership 
market in Canada. XSELLERATOR is Quorum's proprietary Dealership 
Management System (DMS) software, and is the only completely 
integrated, Windows-based DMS on the market. It automates and 
streamlines dealerships' sales, service, parts and accounting 
departments. 

"With the addition of these dealerships, XSELLERATOR is now 
firmly established in the larger 'metro' dealership market," said 
Maury Marks, President and CEO of Quorum. "This is important 
because many of the larger dealers are the industry leaders; when 
they choose XSELLERATOR over their previous dealership management 
system, it signals complete market acceptance of our product, 
which will result in increased sales. We now have ten metro 
dealerships as customers, all of whom are providing us with 
outstanding testimonials and support."

for 2003, and is now booking new dealers into 2004 - it's shaping
