Canadian GM Dealer Principal, Michael Croxon, Joins
Quorum Board of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Quorum Information Technologies Inc. announced 
today the appointment of Michael Croxon, President of four 
leading automotive dealerships in the greater Toronto area of 
Ontario, to the Quorum Board of Directors. 

Mr. Croxon is the majority shareholder and president of North 
York Chevrolet Oldsmobile in Thornhill, Richmond Hill Pontiac 
Buick GMC in Richmond Hill, and Open Road BMW and Kia of 
Newmarket, both in Newmarket, Ontario. He is a past president of 
the Toronto General Motors Dealers Association, and has sat on 
many General Motors National Boards including the Communications 
Team, Marketing Advisory, Training Advisory, and was past Chair 
of the ECM Advisory.

very solid understanding of technology, and how it can help

continue to integrate XSELLERATOR(TM) with GM's data and systems, 
Michael's dealership experience and relationships with General 
Motors will be extremely valuable to Quorum." 

XSELLERATOR is Quorum's proprietary Dealership Management System 
(DMS) software, which is the only completely integrated, 
Windows-based DMS software on the market. XSELLERATOR automates 
and streamlines dealerships' sales, service, parts, accounting 
and customer relationship departments. 

"I'm delighted to be asked to join the Quorum board because I 
think their XSELLERATOR strategy is really exciting. The concept 
of one single integrated system for a Dealership is revolutionary 
in the industry, as is the fact that Quorum continuously provides 
upgrades and new versions of the software," said Mr. Croxon. "I 
also like their thinking and focus on improving integration 
between the XSELLERATOR software and GM Canada's information 
system, which in turn improves communication between GM dealers 
and the manufacturer. I see my appointment to the Board as a good 
fit in that I provide another bridge between Quorum, GM Canada, 
and GM dealerships." 

In a separate item, on December 1, 2003 Quorum issued 125,000 
options with an exercise price of $.56 to a Director of the 
company. The options vest to the Officer one third upon grant, 
and then an additional one third on each of the next two 
anniversaries of the grant. The options expire if unexercised on 
December 1, 2008.
