Partnership enables Quorum Integration with Full Portfolio of Oxlo OEM Customers
Oxlo Systems Inc. and Quorum Information Technologies, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) today announced an agreement to integrate Quorum's XSELLERATORTM
dealer management system with the Oxlo Dealer Communications Hub. Through this partnership, Quorum will utilize the Oxlo system for multiple OEM integrations as well as its financial acceptance network and other dealer integrations.
By working with Oxlo, Quorum is able to focus on the specific requirements of its contract with GM for the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) while meeting the demands of multi-franchise dealers across North America, and receive the benefits of multiple integrations with a singular effort. Oxlo and Quorum took their first tangible step together with the integration to RouteOne for the submission of on-line credit applications, which was recently released in production for all of Quorum's dealership customers in both the U.S. and Canada.
Utilizing the Oxlo Dealer Communications Hub, Quorum will be able to provide its dealers with other integrated factory communications in the future including: Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Audi of America. Going forward, Quorum plans to leverage additional integrations as Oxlo expands its Dealer Communications Hub.
"Oxlo's Dealer Communications Hub is a critical component of Quorum's growth and expansion strategy in the DMS marketplace," said Maury Marks, president and CEO, Quorum. "Integration through Oxlo will allow us to grow our business faster by accommodating multi-franchise dealerships as well as complement our relationship with GM and support the requirements of its new Integrated Dealer Management System initiative."
"We are delighted to be partnered with Quorum," said Jim Lejeal, co-founder and CEO of Oxlo Systems. "With their win of the North American GM IDMS contract and the ongoing recognition of their XSELLERATOR system, Quorum is in an exciting phase of their business. Oxlo looks forward to supporting their growth objectives with our integrate-once value proposition that enables key dealer integrations across multiple automotive franchises," added Lejeal.
