Quorum Releases New Version of XSELLERATOR 'TM' 
Software Optimized for Use in U.S. Market

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - May 5, 2005) - Quorum Information 
Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) today announced that its 
XSELLERATOR Version 4.3.3 is in general release to all North American 
customers. This new version of the software is feature rich and user 
friendly. Designed to meet a broad range of customer requirements and 
skill sets, XSELLERATOR V 4.3.3 features a long list of productivity 
enhancements, many of which were suggested by current users of the 
software. As part of the Company's strategic plan for United States 
market entry, this new release contains all the core functionality 
required for GM U.S. dealerships. XSELLERATOR is completely integrated, 
Windows-based automotive Dealership Management System (DMS) software 
that automates and streamlines automobile dealerships' Sales, Service, 
Parts, Accounting and CRM processes.

Highlights of this new version include:

- All Accounting, Sales, Parts and Service department functions have 
been adapted for U.S. use and are included in this version. In addition, 
all required integration points to General Motors Corporation U.S. (GM 
U.S.) systems are in this version; This was a necessary step to gain 
certification as a fully integrated service provider for GM U.S. 
dealerships, and will facilitate increased sales to that segment of the 
market;

- A number of advanced features and enhancements that are required by 
larger, "metro" dealerships, the addition of which will facilitate 
increased sales to this profitable market segment; and

- New "next" generation integration points for GM Canada.
