announced that it has been selected as the #1 Company to Work for 
in British Columbia according to a recent Watson Wyatt 
Canada/BCBusiness Magazine survey. The results of this highly 
regarded survey are published in the January 2003 edition of 
BCBusiness Magazine. 

The survey recognizes companies that have demonstrated superior 
management practices and that, according to their employees, have 
created an exceptional working environment. Of the 1,000 
companies invited to participate in the survey, and the 80 which 
registered, Spectrum ranked first.
