SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - May 3, 2012) - After market close on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) will announce financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012, which ended April 27, 2012.

NetApp executive management will host a conference call with the financial analyst community at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time to provide their perspective on market dynamics and the company's performance. The call will be broadcast live via the Internet.

NetApp uses a hybrid format for disclosing key financial information associated with our quarterly results. Concurrent with the press release, NetApp posts a supplemental commentary with financial information and statistics to our Web site at investors.netapp.com.
